Find fellow members and club contacts

Look up a fellow member's phone number, or quickly find who to ask about things like dues, uniforms or sponsorship.

Where do you use Orchesi?

Who’s the new horn player, and who do you tell when you move? In Orchesi you find your fellow members and your association’s go-to contacts in one place.

Look up a fellow member

  1. Open the Club tab and choose Members.
  2. Search by name and tap the member. You see which groups they’re in, and the contact details they share.
    A fellow member's page in the app: name and role, under Contact the email address and address, under Groups the Concert Band and under Shared Associations the association.

Who should I ask?

  1. Open the Club tab and choose Club Contacts.
  2. Contacts are grouped by topic, for example Membership or Dues. Tap someone for their email address and phone number. Has a contact got a phone number? Then you can call or message them straight from the list, with the buttons next to their name.
    Club Contacts in the app by category, such as Committee, Musical direction, Venues and Suppliers, with each contact's name and role, for example Treasurer or Musical Director, and the buttons to call or send a message for contacts with a phone number.

Look up a fellow member

  1. Go to Members in the menu.
  2. Search by name and click the member to see the details they share.
    The members list in the web app as a member sees it: the Search members field, the All Roles filter and, per member, the email address, role, groups and a View button.

Who should I ask?

  1. Go to Club Contacts in the menu.
  2. Contacts are grouped by topic, with their email address and phone number.
    Club Contacts in the web app: per topic, such as Committee, Musical direction, Venues and Suppliers, the contacts with their role, email address and phone number.

Can’t see someone’s phone number? Everyone decides which contact details fellow members see. To set that for yourself, read Set up your profile and notifications.
