Ready-made messages for your members
Three messages to copy into your group chat or newsletter: the announcement, the invitation day and a friendly reminder.
boardFor board & managementadminboard-memberWith the right message at the right moment, members know exactly what’s coming and what to do. Copy the text, replace what’s in [brackets] and post it in the group chat or newsletter, or send it by email. When to send which message is in How to bring your members along to Orchesi.
1. The announcement (two weeks ahead)
Hi everyone! From [date] we’re using Orchesi for our schedule, sign-offs and sheet music. No more scrolling through the group chat: you see at a glance what’s planned, you can say you can’t make it with one tap, and your sheet music is always at hand.
Orchesi is free for members and works on your phone and on your computer. Around [date] you’ll get an invitation by email. Questions? Feel free to ask [name of ambassador or board member].
2. The invitation day
Today you received an email from Orchesi with an invitation to [association name]. Open the email, tap the link and create your account. It takes a few minutes. The invitation is valid for 7 days.
Didn’t see the email? Check your spam folder. Step-by-step help: https://orchesi.com/help/members/getting-started/join-your-association/
Rather do it together? At the rehearsal on [date], [names] will be there to help.
3. The reminder (after about four days)
Preferably send this one personally, to the members who aren’t in yet. That works better than a message to everyone.
Hi [name], I noticed you’re not in Orchesi yet. The invitation is in your inbox (check your spam folder too) and is valid until [date]. Can’t get it to work? Let me know and we’ll help you at the next rehearsal.
Tip: put the link to the help center for members in your group chat’s description too. That way members can always look up how something works themselves.
