Invited as a guest or substitute

Playing as a substitute or guest musician? Here's how your guest access works: what you see, how long it lasts and what to do.

Filling in at a concert or playing along once? Then the association invites you as a guest. You take part in the events you’re invited to, without becoming a member.

Getting in

You get an invitation by email. Create an account or sign in, and accept the invitation. It works just like a regular invitation; see Join your association in Orchesi.

What do you see as a guest?

  • The events you’re invited to, with the time, venue and details. Say whether you’re coming as a guest too, so the conductor knows in time who’ll be there.
  • In the app, the Club tab shows a Guest access block explaining your access.

As a guest you don’t see the association’s member list, news or polls.

How long does your access last?

Your guest access ends by itself after the last event you’re invited to. You don’t need to do anything. Your account does stay, so if you’re invited again later, just sign in.
